Zeiss Ikon Contessa LK 35mm Camera
Zeiss Ikon Contessa LK 35mm Camera
Serial Number:3393862
The Contessa LK was produced from 1963 till 1965.
Another high-quality camera from Zeiss. The cameras lens is the highly-regarded Carl Zeiss 50mm f/2.8 Tessar lens, which is made up of four elements set in three groups. The Pronto LK shutter operating range is from 1/15 to 1/500 sec, film speed range up to 800ASA ISO.
Focusing range from 1 to infinity scaled in meters.
Film advance operation is by a single throw winged lever located on the base of the camera, there is also a large viewfinder which aids composition greatly. The Contessa exposure metering is by selenium meter, coupled to the aperture and shutter speeds. This is governed by the setting of the black lever on the lens barrel.
Note: -With most vintage cameras of this era you are going to get possible issues with correct exposure readings due to deterioration of the Selenium cell.
I have gone over the functions all is fine, cosmetically excellent and damage-free, camera comes with its original case.
